Have you ever had a work of art alter your life trajectory? After experiencing The Witness, I knew that I was destined to craft interactive art. The past couple years I’ve been teaching myself how to develop games and share them with the world.
This site is the pipeline I have built through that process. It is currently focused on Love2D and Lua which is a framework that is simple to start with, free to use, and enables distribution to every major operating system including Steam. I chose these tools because they provide a stable ground for learning and building.
The kind of games I care about making aren’t just entertainment, they can teach you about yourself and the world. If you want to learn to craft interactive art by yourself using free tools, this site can be a resource for you.

Solo game development is difficult. Even after years of practice it will still be difficult. But you can do it. I know it’s possible because I’m walking that path, and I’m providing resources that could have paved the way for me. Hopefully this can inspire you to get started.
